Gold Jewellery

Sales return (within 15 days)

Can be exchanged for any jewellery at full value within 15 days from date of purchase, provided it is in its original purchase condition. Only one such exchange is permitted against an invoice. Sales return is allowed only in respective region/country.

Exchange (after 15 days)

Items will be purchased at the standard buying rate on the day of exchange. Stone weight (if any), making charges, taxes and any discount given on the original invoice would be deducted. Can be exchanged with jewellery from Prince Lifestyle Jewellers.

Cash buy-back

Items will be purchased at the standard rate. Deduction is applicable on the prevailing gold rate.

Diamond, Polki, Platinum & Precious Jewellery

Sales return (within 15 days)

Can be exchanged with only Diamond or Platinum jewellery in original purchase condition WITH CERTIFICATE within 15 days from date of purchase. Sales return allowed only in respective region/country. Only one such exchange will be permitted against an invoice.

Exchange (before 15 days) — Diamond Jewellery

Items will be purchased at 100% of the prevailing diamond selling price, and the gold component will be valued at the prevailing gold rate. Making charges, taxes and any discount given on the original invoice would be deducted. Permitted against an invoice.

Exchange (after 15 days) — Diamond Jewellery

Items can be only exchanged with diamond jewellery at 70% of the invoice value excluding GST, and the customer must provide the certificate as well. Taxes and any discount given on the original invoice would be deducted.

Precious Stone Jewellery

Items will be purchased excluding all types of precious stones (Ruby, Emerald, and Blue Sapphire) price, and the gold component will be valued at the prevailing rate on the date of exchange. Making charges, taxes and any discount given on the original invoice would be deducted.

Platinum Jewellery

Items will be exchanged at 60% of the invoice value excluding GST with platinum jewellery only. Taxes and any discount given on the original invoice would be deducted.

Pearl Jewellery

Buy-back is not applicable for pearl jewellery.

General Conditions

Cash refund

No cash refund for any advance payment modes, sales return, sales order, gift cards, gift coupons or gift vouchers.

Other stones

Birth stones, semi-precious stones, colour stones, pearl, zircon and other items do not have any exchange, cash-back or buy-back value.

Exchange exclusion

The above sales return policy is not applicable for offer or special promotion products, coloured / certified / loose stones, or pearl jewellery.

Hygiene policy — earrings & nose pins / studs

For hygiene and customer-safety reasons, earrings, ear studs, nose pins and nose studs cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the original packaging has been opened. All sales of these items are final. This applies to both online orders and in-store purchases. We strongly encourage customers to confirm sizing and finish in-store or via video call before completing the purchase of pierced-ear or nose jewellery.
