1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Because our pricing is tied to live gold market rates, prices are calculated at checkout and may differ from the price shown when you added an item to your cart. We lock the price at the moment of successful payment.

3. Product authenticity

Every piece is BIS Hallmark certified. Weight and purity declarations are accurate to manufacturer tolerances. A certificate of authenticity accompanies every order over AU$500.

4. Shipping

Complimentary insured shipping within Australia for orders over AU$500. International shipping is available on request. Delivery times: 2–5 business days metro; 5–10 business days regional.

5. Returns and refunds

Pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original unworn condition with all certificates. Custom-made and engraved pieces are non-refundable. Refunds process within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

All pieces carry a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering defects in workmanship. Normal wear, misuse, or damage from alteration by a third party is not covered.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to refund or replacement of the product purchased.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
